The article by Rick Morton in this weeks "Saturday Paper" re. the NDIS is telling.

But what appears to be unsaid is the failure of the previous government, to address the issues that were bound to arise during its implementation.

The fact that it was a Labor instrument which they had inherited and had no intention of honouring and set out to scramble from the beginning, was inevitable.

As the nation has experienced from the coalition almost from Federation.

With a parliament of independents installed by the Movement for better government, such a situation would not arise.
