Duttons - Head hunting.

The article by Paul Bongiorno in this weeks "The Saturday Paper" is as always extremely informative. While the Labor Party is just another political party, under the stewardship of Mr. Albanese we are at least achieving progress in many directions. Unfortunately, his actions on Climate Change leave a lot to be desired. Particularly their ongoing record on new Fossil fuel activities.

However the leader of the opposition Peter Dutton leaves a lot to be desired on just about every issue or matter that is important to we, the nation. listening to question time in parliament is almost laughable. As each of their Questioner's obfuscated, even lied on whatever issue they were trying to attack ,they continually failed.

Just one example quoted by Bongiorno, clearly demonstrates the lengths the Coalition will go to. refers to the AAT, and a quote by Attorney -General Mark Dreyfuss that the Liberals had "fatally compromised the AAT" by appointing as many as 85 former Liberals without any criteria of competence for the job. These sort of practices appear to be routine for the coalition and have been so, every time they have taken government. Look at the fiasco of Scott Morrison appointing himself to five different ministries while Prime Minister. Unfortunately , Labor can not be too closely auditored on these practices, historically or recently.

With a Parliament constituted entirely of independent members of the Movement for Better Government we would never have to accomodate such activity.
