Five or Six months after?

Five months after my previous blog titled "The ongoing Robodebt Saga'' I discover, an article in this weeks "The Saturday Paper" by Rick Morton, ( wk. of Feb 6) clearly demonstrating this issue is still unresolved.

This whole saga started apparently, in Mid 2016 under the auspices of Prime Minister Tony Abbott and continued under the Scott Morrison regime. It was eventually recognised as not only disastrous but also unlawful.

When the succeeding Labor Government, found it had to attend to this mess, after some persuasion, they eventually established a Royal Commission.

After substantial expense the Commission handed down its findings. But this episode, was about an ophthalmologist in Queensland, Dr David Kitchen, being awarded in excess of $2 million by the Queensland Supreme Court, because the then "head of the Professional Services Review" was found guilty of Misfeasance. Just another amount added to the ongoing cost of the aforesaid "Robodebt saga"

How and when? Is this issue going to stop? Has any miscreant politician, involved in this matter been penalised. Has any person involved, in the whole matter, been reprimanded or punished?
